Immunizations

Keeping your baby's shots up to date is a very important factor to your baby's health. Immunizations or vaccinations are given from birth into early childhood. Immunizations are usually given during routine "well baby" checkups. If you are not able to afford immunizations, all communities will have a clinic where you can get your baby's shots for free or a very reduced price. DO NOT neglect to get these shots, you baby's life depends on it.

The American Academy or Pediatrics recommends that babies receive a variety of immunizations at certain intervals. Each community has their own standards as well. These standards usually coincide with recent outbreaks, etc. Check with your doctor or clinic to see what and when your baby's shot needs are.

Immunization is not an option it is a necessity. Immunize your baby!
